The Rev. David P. Casey, O.P. is Chaplain Missioner for Campus & Young Adult Ministry in Fredericksburg, VA, a joint ministry sponsored by St. George’s Episcopal Church, Trinity Episcopal Church, Christ Lutheran Church, and the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia. 

 

Fr. David serves as chaplain for the Episcopal-Lutheran Campus Ministries at UMW and Germanna. 

 

What inspires David to join in this work and his wider ministry to all of God’s people are the opening words of Isaiah 61, with its proclamation of Good News to the poor, healing the broken-hearted, freedom to the captives, and release of the oppressed.
